Steps To Enable “Undo Sent Mail” in Gmail

Step 1. First of all login Gmail account

Step 2. Click on Gear icon button in the top right corner of Gmail inbox window. Now click on “Setting” option in the drop down menu.

Step 3. Now go to “General Tab” under Gmail settings.

Step 4. Locate the “Undo Send” option in general preference. Select “Enable Undo Send”. Here you can adjust time duration for undo sent mail cancellation period. You can choose max to 30 seconds.

Step 5. Now scroll down and click on “Save Changes”.

That’s it. You are done !! Now in case you send any incomplete mail or send any mail to a wrong person, you ll get 30 seconds to cancel the sent mail. It will get back to Draft and you can further edit it.
